What is my ticket?
When you book, you will receive an email from Nortic with a QR code. This scans the crew when boarding.

Does it also cost for younger children?
Yes, all passengers need to have a ticket. This is so that we don’t run the risk of being overbooked.

Where does the ship depart from?
Kungstorget 2, in the middle of the city by Helsingborg C.

Can you bring a dog?
It is fine to bring a dog under the conditions that it will not be stressed by crowds, cheers and two hours out on the strait. We wish you to think carefully before bringing your dog, this is for the good of the animal.

Is the ship disabled-friendly?
M/S Vike is partially adapted for the disabled and it is fine to have a wheelchair outdoors.

Is there coffee on the ship?
Yes, there is a kiosk on board M/S Vike that sells coffee, sweets and ice cream. Otto cones!

Is there a toilet on the ship?
Yes, but it is unfortunately not adapted for the disabled.

Can you reserve a seat?
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to reserve a seat, however, we choose to believe in humanity and thus that our passengers get up for someone who seems to need the seat more than themselves.

Do you need to book a ticket?
To be sure to join the tour, you need to pre-purchase your ticket through nortic’s website. If we have seats left, it’s fine to take a chance and then pay on the spot.

How long is the season?
We never know for sure when the tuna chooses to come, or how long it wants to stay. But our hope is that the season extends from mid-August into early October.
